Problem Note 66531: Activation of a lookup table in SAS® Intelligent Decisioning fails and the error "There are multiple content history..." is generated

When you use SAS Intelligent Decisioning to activate a lookup table, the activation fails. When this failure occurs, the following error is displayed in a dialog box: 

There are multiple content history observations where the "Standing" attribute is null.

There is no workaround for this problem other than to remove the corresponding lookup table entry from the underlying database table.
