Problem Note 66517: You see the message "HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error" when accessing SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6 via a WebDAV URL

When you access SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6 information by using the WebDAV URL in your browser, you encounter the following error:
HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error
You also see the following error in the catalina.out log:
ERROR | [[irmwebdav]] | Servlet.service() for servlet [irmwebdav] in context with path [/SASIRMServer] threw exception
java.lang.IllegalStateException: The resources may not be accessed if they are not currently started
