Problem Note 66470: IBM Power 9 (PLX) reports an incorrect number of physical CPU cores in SAS® Viya® 3.5

IBM Power 9 (PLX) is not reporting the correct number of physical CPU cores for SAS Viya 3.5.
During booting of the TK, the number of physical CPU cores available on the system is determined. The current code assumes that /proc/cpuinfo (on PLX) is in the same format as on LAX (Linux), which it is not.
