Problem Note 66431: The workflow history on the "Tasks" tab is not filtering for both the instance ID and the entity

On the Tasks tab that details the workflow history in the SAS® Visual Investigator user interface, you can see all available workflows when an instance has the same ID.
The query to retrieve history data to render the workflow history on the Tasks tab is filtering only for the entity instance ID. The query should also filter for the entity.
