Problem Note 66416: You cannot map the REST service response to user-group workflow variables, and you see the error message "The service task 'REST Service' failed…"

When you attempt to run the REST service task to map a user-group value to a workflow variable in SAS® Visual Investigator, the following error occurs:
The service task "REST Service" failed. The remote call was unsuccessful.
The client previously included the user and group details as part of the variable definition. These items are verified before updating the response mapping. If items are missing, the error occurs.
