A crosstab does not display data when you complete the following steps:

1. You Expand All on a hierarchy level.
2. You collapse a single member of the currently expanded all level.
3. You apply a filter on another member of the hierarchy that was not collapsed.

Here is an example that would trigger this issue:

1. Click Expand All on the DriveTrain level:

2. Click the down arrow to collapse Front:

3. On the button bar, select Rear as the filter:

After you complete these steps, the hierarchy levels and the data are not displayed.

To work around the issue, complete these steps:

1. Change the filter so that all the members are displayed.
2. Fully expand each level (In this example, fully expand Front).
3. At this point, you can then change the filter selection.
