Problem Note 66403: The prior report document control number is incorrectly set to read-only in a Designation of Exempt Person (DOEP) report

Normally, you should be able to input the prior report document control number (DCN) if you create a Designation of Exempt Person (DOEP) report and set the Type of filing to either of the following:
- Exemption amended
- Exemption revoked
However, the prior report DCN field is currently not editable and you are not able to provide this information, as shown here:
