In SAS Intelligent Decisioning, you can have a decision such that it contains a rule set in which a variable is defined as a missing value. After you publish the decision to SAS Micro Analytic Service and you try to assign the value for the variable by using the REST call, the value is not assigned as you would expect. 

For example, the following Test variable is defined as a missing value.

The the Test variable is assigned the value by using the REST call.

Once this is done, you find that the value is not assigned.
