Problem Note 66339: A PROC DS2 program is not scaling as expected in SAS® Cloud Analytic Services

When a PROC DS2 program contains functions such as DATE, TIME, or DATETIME, the performance could be dramatically affected as the number of threads increases. When the function calls are removed, performance improves.
SAS® Intelligent Decisioning also creates DS2 code, so this problem might be observed there.
This problem is fixed in the SAS® Viya® 2020.1 release.
