Problem Note 66318: The Edit Size dialog box is not displayed in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio 6.5

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 6.5, the Edit Size dialog box might not be displayed when you manage control groups on the Holdouts page of the Communication node.
The Edit Size dialog is displayed when you fill in the communication properties for the first time, as shown here:
However, after you click OK (when you close the communication properties), the Edit Size dialog box is no longer displayed in that SAS Customer Intelligence Studio session. This problem persists even when you save, close, and then re-open the campaign.
Note: This behavior does not occur in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio 6.6.
