Problem Note 66298: The SAS® Workflow Service incorrectly returns a link to a subsequent process for the final process in a collection

After receiving a GET request for workflow processes, the SAS Workflow Service should return a link to the next process only when a subsequent process exists. Instead, the service incorrectly returns a link to a subsequent process for the last workflow process in the collection. The incorrect link is for the first process in the collection.
