SAS Visual Analytics might not retain a selection for Esri ArcGIS map servers when you attempt to set an Esri ArcGIS map server as the default geographic map provider in the user settings. You might also experience the same issue when attempting to select an Esri ArcGIS map server as the map background for a geo map in a SAS Visual Analytics report. No error appears in SAS Visual Analytics. The selected geographic map provider remains OpenStreetMap even though you selected a different geographic map provider. This issue does not affect the functionally of SAS Visual Analytics geo maps. It affects only the map background.
