Problem Note 66144: The SAS® Environment Manager server fails to start after you upgrade the SAS® 9.4 Private Java Runtime Environment

The SAS Environment Manager server fails to start after you upgrade SAS Private Java Runtime Environment to the latest version.
When this problem occurs, the wrapper.log file for SAS Environment Manager contains errors similar to the following stack trace:
