Problem Note 66126: The label for the "Total" column might be missing when you export cross tables in SAS® Visual Analytics

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you export cross tables in SAS Visual Analytics, the label for the Total column might be missing in your Microsoft Excel output.

For example, you might encounter this issue if you complete steps similar to the following:

  1. Create a new report that contains a cross table with a data item for a Columns role and another one for a Rows role.
  2. Select the Totals (Rows and Columns) option in the Options pane to display the total for rows.
  3. Export the cross table. The label for the Total column might be missing in Microsoft Excel.

Note that the problem occurs only when you select the Totals (Rows and Columns) option and you do not select the Subtotals (Rows and Columns) option.

As a workaround, also select the Subtotals (Rows and Columns) option.
