Problem Note 66113: A read-only case or report page might indicate that it had been modified after you click the "Notes" button in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

When you open more than one case in Read-Only mode, clicking the Notes toggle button might cause the application to mark the case as modified (you see a red asterisk next to the case label) even if there are no actual modifications.
This behavior is also seen with reports in Read-Only mode.
