Problem Note 66035: SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench project deletion fails with the error "StressException...attachments is not empty and cannot be deleted..."

In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, the following error might occur when you try to delete a project:
2019-12-09 09:08:17,192 [tomcat-http--26] [hskiba] hskiba/-5132 ERROR com.sas.stress.rest.controller.ProjectController - com.sas.stress.exception.StressException: /opt/sas/config/Lev1/AppData/SASRiskWorkGroup/groups/Public/SASRiskandFinanceWorkbench/attachments is not empty and cannot be deleted.
com.sas.stress.exception.StressException: /opt/sas/config/Lev1/AppData/SASRiskWorkGroup/groups/Public/SASRiskandFinanceWorkbench/attachments is not empty and cannot be deleted.
com.sas.stress.exception.StressException: /opt/sas/config/Lev1/AppData/SASRiskWorkGroup/groups/Public/SASRiskandFinanceWorkbench/attachments is not empty and cannot be deleted.
This issue might occur due to either of the following:
- a bad or missing record describing an attachment in the SAS Risk and Finance Workbench database
- a missing attachment
