Problem Note 66033: Connecting to Microsoft SQL Server on Microsoft Azure returns the "OPENSSL_sk_num" error

When you attempt to connect to an SSL-enabled Microsoft SQL Server database on Azure by using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Microsoft SQL Server , the following error might occur:
libname sql sqlsvr datasrc='dsn_name' user=user1 pass=XXXXXXXX schema=dbo;
ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]Unable to find entrypoint OPENSSL_sk_num in client DLL /usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.10. : [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]SSL Initialization failure.
