Usage Note 66009: You can disable the capability to attach files to comments in applications in the SAS® Viya® environment

If you want to block the ability to add file attachments to comments in an application in a SAS Viya environment, you can now set a sas.htmlcommons configuration property that is named blockCommentAttachments to a value of true. Click Add property to specify this configuration property.
When the value is set to true, the icon that enables a user to add attachments is hidden from the user interface. In addition, any previously added attachments are no longer accessible.
