Problem Note 66902: An error occurs when you import a business rules definition in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager into another environment
In SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, the following warning is displayed when you import a business rules definition into another environment:
WARN - Problem creating and publishing the Decision Services activity "BRM_RuleFlow_Fed_10096". Problem: Error retrieving information from the Business Rules REST web service. Contact your administrator for help.
. . .more message lines. . .
WARN - - The diagram failed to generate correctly.
WARN - - Activity "BRM_RuleFlow_Fed_10096" referenced by node "BCHAFE1MEJAOSZP1_1" of flow "Subdiagram IB TKY BON_1_BBCBSMRQKNENTC03" does not exist.
The warning occurs when you do not have SAS® Business Rules Manager installed in that target environment. However, you should be able to import a business rules definition into an environment that does not have SAS Business Rules Manager installed.
This problem prevents an activity from being generated in the Design Repository. As a result, the business rule's DS2 code fails to be published to SAS® Federation Server. As a result, you cannot run campaigns that use the business rules definition.
Contact SAS Technical Support to find a workaround for your environment.
