Problem Note 66887: Creating a Snowflake table using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Salesforce returns "WARNING...Invalid type...ERROR: Unable to add rows to table..."

When you create a Snowflake table that contains a TIME or TIMESTAMP data type and pass it a length, you encounter an error similar to the following:
WARNING: Line 28: Invalid type time(10); assuming type time(9).

NOTE: PROC DS2 has set option NOEXEC and will continue to prepare statements.

NOTE: PROC DS2 has set option NOEXEC and will continue to prepare statements.
Salesforce date ranges are between 1700 and 4000. Dates that are not in the range are invalid in Snowflake.
