Problem Note 66823: SAS® Risk Governance Framework does not enable you to select the root dimension node in the Classification section of a business object

When the SAS Risk Governance Framework displays the root dimension node in the Manage classifications window for a business object, you should be able to select the root node. Instead, the web application might enable you to select only a leaf node for the dimension.
