Usage Note 66771: A new configuration property in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework enables you to restrict attachments with file names containing multiple extensions

By default, the SAS Risk Governance Framework enables you to create attachments to files that contain multiple extensions. For example, you should be able to attach a file that is named ModelDesign.v1.docx to a business object. With the following new configuration property, you can restrict users from attaching files that contain multiple extensions:
monitor.rest.attachments.allowMultipleExtensions = false
To enable the new option, add the property to the configdata.properties file, and then restart SASServer8_1.
