Problem Note 66679: You cannot preview an export in SAS® Customer Intelligence
When you preview an export in SAS Customer Intelligence, the following error is displayed:
Could not run the generated query.
In addition, the following error is generated in the SASCustIntelCore log:
2020-09-04 10:45:48,093 ERROR [tomcat-http--144] [5091760866fca166:-1dd66f75:1745965d2ad:-b4b] [John Smith] mon.tableviewer.RemoteTableViewerService - Error querying table: SASMA - MCYMATables - EXP_24800002HGGH5D04YVENT2YR
com.sas.services.connection.platform.MissingIdentityException: The user "John Smith" could not log on to the server "SASMA - Logical Workspace Server". No valid identity could be found for the authentication domain "DefaultAuth".

The issue occurs because SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio uses a workspace server first, before searching for pooled workspace servers, when it queries the preview export table. The workspace server is found, but it cannot be used because authentication is not set for the user on the server.
To work around this problem, enable token authentication on the workspace server or make the user available for authentication on the server.
