When you try to read a Google BigQuery table using the BULKUNLOAD=YES LIBNAME statement or data set option, you might encounter an error similar to the following:
ERROR: CLI open cursor error:
The error occurs if you did not include the required BL_BUCKET= option as a LIBNAME statement or data set option and set to an existing bucket name. The option is required when the BULKUNLOAD=YES option is used.
