Problem Note 66565: Sensitivity Analysis in SAS® Marketing Optimization shows only a blank screen
In SAS Marketing Optimization, the Sensitivity Analysis displays only a blank page when you perform steps similar to the following:
- In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, select an optimization scenario. On the Results tab in the scenario, click Sensitivity Analysis. Make sure that you have at least two results.
- Click the lock icon to unlock the graph and change the axes scale with your mouse scrolling function, as shown below:

- Click the second graph. When you do, a blank page is displayed, as shown here:

However, if you close and re-open the scenario, the graph is displayed for both results.
As a workaround for this problem, do not scale the axes.
