Problem Note 66363: You cannot use custom themes or change the title in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio 6.6
Currently, you cannot use custom themes that are created by SAS® Theme Designer or change the banner title in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 6.6.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, custom themes that you create in SAS Theme Designer are displayed automatically in the settings list, as shown below:
In addition, the hot fix introduces the following new Java argument:
-Dsas.cistudio.envname
With this new argument, you have the option to change the banner title. You add the argument in the configuration file, as follows:
-
In Microsoft Windows operating environments, add the argument as shown below to the wrapper.conf file, which resides in the SAS-configuration-directory\Lev1\Web\WebAppServer\SASServer6_1\conf directory:
wrapper.java.additional.xx=-Dsas.cistudio.envname="Test_Environment"
Note: In the wrapper.java.additional.XX property, XX specifies the next number in the sequence that already exists in the file. Modify XX to be the next number in that sequence.
- Under Linux and other UNIX operating environments, add the argument to the setenv.sh file, which resides in the SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/bin
JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Dsas.cistudio.envname=Test_Environment"
After you add the argument to the appropriate file for your operating system, restart the middle tier in order for the settings to take effect.
When the system property is set, the value for the property is appended to the application name in the banner. For example, if you set the property as shown in the example above, the banner looks like this:
SAS Customer Intelligence Studio - Test_Environment
