Problem Note 66275: Emails sent from SASĀ® Visual Investigator in a workflow task fail with "Mail Failure Failed messages: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Address"
Emails sent from SAS Visual Investigator in a workflow task fail if the users' email addresses are not in the format <user_id>@<Mail service host>. If you encounter this issue, you receive an error in your mail service logs that is similar to the following:
