If an attachment has been loaded into SAS Visual Investigator without a file extension, it is downloaded without a file extension. For example, a text file that has been renamed to "testFile" in SAS Visual Investigator is downloaded as "testFile" when it should be downloaded as "testFile.txt." Attachments that contain file extensions at the time of their download are not affected.

To work around this issue, ensure that you include the appropriate file extension when renaming an attachment.
