Problem Note 66243: A workflow does not start and you cannot save edits for the workflow in SASĀ® Visual Investigator
When a user task in a workflow has an auto-claim on an entity object that was created by a user ID, and that user no longer exists in LDAP, the workflow does not start and edits are not saved.
The workaround is to claim the user task manually.
