Problem Note 66198: You see an error that says an "An entity type already exists with the name 'parent-entity' . . ." after you delete a child entity

You see the following pop-up error message after you delete a child entity in SAS® Visual Investigator:
Server Error
An entity type already exists with the name "parent-entity." Either update the existing entity type or change the name of the new entity type.
