Usage Note 66195: The SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) session terminates when you connect to Snowflake
When you connect to a Snowflake database with the Snowflake data connector, the caslib initially connects but then reports that the CAS session has been disconnected. This applies in SAS® Viya® 3.4 and SAS Viya 3.5.
This issue occurs when you use a Snowflake ODBC driver version 2.20.5 or later. The Snowflake ODBC driver version 2.20.4 or earlier is unaffected.
