Problem Note 66088: A writeback might fail in Common Planning Service applications

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In Common Planning Service applications, a writeback might fail when the following options are enabled or selected and when a value is entered for roll-up data that has no data underneath it:

  • Allow Hold Rules
  • Proportional Disaggregation from Parent members ► When weights are zero, use Even Disaggregation (refer to Even Disaggregation methodology)
  • Bypass formulas during disaggregation and reconciliation

The writeback might fail due to holds or no writable cells.

However, if the Bypass formulas ... option is disabled, the writeback succeeds.
