Problem Note 65995: "ERROR: CLI prepare...Invalid descriptor" occurs when you insert data into SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server with PROC SQL and the FEDSVR engine

When running the SQL procedure to insert data in SAS Scalable Performance Data Server using a FEDSVR LIBNAME statement, you might encounter the following error:
proc sql;
insert into MYLIB.MYTBL
select * from MYLIB.OTHERTBL;
insert into MYLIB.MYTBL
select * from MYLIB.OTHERTBL;

A workaround is to use the FEDSQL procedure instead of PROC SQL.
