Problem Note 65984: Override groups fail to resubmit (and remain in the "Resubmit Pending" status) when override values are set to 0 in SAS® Visual Forecasting

In SAS Visual Forecasting, override groups might fail to resubmit when you select the Resubmit overrides option in the Override Management view. Instead of updating to a status of Applied, the override groups might remain in the Resubmit pending status.
When this problem occurs, you do not receive any errors or warnings.
The problem occurs when override values are set to 0. To work around the problem, replace the override values of 0 with small positive numbers (for example, 0.5 or 1).
