You can no longer download links from data-driven content (SAS^® Viya^®) or web-content objects (SAS^® 9.4 and SAS Viya) in SAS Visual Analytics reports if you use Google Chrome 83 or later.

Google Chrome policy changes cause download attempts from the iframe parts of web pages to be blocked.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.

After you install the hot fix, the iframeSandbox property is available. Administrators can use this property to adjust the security settings of iframe objects by completing these steps:

1. Log on to SAS^® Environment Manager.
2. In the Configuration section, find the sas.visualanalytics definition.
3. Add the iframeSandbox property to the definition and adjust its properties for your security settings.

1. Log on to SAS^® Management Console.
2. Open the properties of the Application Management ► Configuration Management ► SAS Application Infrastructure ► Visual Analytics 7.5.
3. On the Advanced tab, add the va.iframeSandbox property with a value that matches your site security requirements.
