Problem Note 65966: The SAS® Viya® Launcher Server contains a memory leak and returns "Error during managed flush..." in the launcher service log

The launcher process continues to consume memory on the operating system each day. This issue occurs if you use the job scheduler.
In the launcher service log, located in /opt/sas/viya/config/var/log/launcher/default (Windows location: C:\\ProgramData\SAS\Viya\var\log\launcher\default), you see the following error message:
Error during managed flush [Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was incorrect) : [com.sas.launcher.process.Process#6c23cb8d-0db0-420a-994f-8a9fbe4801ed]]
Error during managed flush [Batch update returned unexpected row count from update [0]; actual row count: 0; expected: 1]
