Problem Note 65915: The SAS® log stops responding when a MySQL syntax error occurs or a caslib cannot be created in SAS® Environment Manager

If a MySQL syntax error occurs when you use a LIBNAME statement or pass-through code, the SAS log might stop responding. Then, an OpenSSL error occurs.
When making a MySQL connection through SAS Environment Manager, you see the following error:
Remote host closed connection during handshake
The CAS log shows the following error:
An SSL cipher handle could not be created
