Problem Note 65805: The Available Loaders window in a content release on the SAS® Risk Governance Framework fails to display the expected columns for a loader type

When you display the Available Loaders window in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, the web application might not display the expected columns when you select a Loader type.
When the problem occurs, you see the following error in the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log:
ERROR com.sas.oprisk.monitor.rest.controller.GlobalControllerExceptionHandler - Caught unexpected exception, returning internal server error.
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -2
