Problem Note 65800: SAS® Visual Analytics reports that contain parameters are not correctly added and refreshed in SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office
SAS Visual Analytics reports that contain parameters are not correctly added and refreshed in SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office. For example, suppose that your report contains a drop-down list in Page1 with data items assigned to both the Category role and the Parameter role.
Page 2 contains a bar chart with data items assigned to the Category role and the Measure role. This graph also has a basic filter that uses a parameter.
You select to open this report in SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office in Microsoft. In the SAS Pane on the right, you can see the drop-down list report object in Page 1. The tab for Page 1 in the SAS Pane is currently selected. The report content from Page 1 is automatically added into Excel. However, the bar chart on Page 2 is not included.
To include the bar chart, select the Page 2 tab in the SAS Pane. The report content for Page 2 is automatically inserted into Excel.
