Problem Note 65664: Deadlock issues might occur in SAS® Marketing Automation during simultaneous acquisitions and release of information maps

Under a heavy load in SAS Marketing Automation, a deadlock situation might occur. This deadlock issue, as shown below, is evident only when you enable garbage collection:

"CIAsyncExec-75": waiting to lock monitor 0x00007f2674130318 (object 0x00000005c62b9a18, a com.sas.analytics.crm.custdata.datapattern.MAInformationMap),
which is held by "CIAsyncExec-83"
"CIAsyncExec-83": waiting to lock monitor 0x00007f264c234938 (object 0x00000005c51e54b8, a java.util.HashMap), which is held by "CIAsyncExec-75"
"CIAsyncExec-75": waiting to lock monitor 0x00007f2674130318 (object 0x00000005c62b9a18, a com.sas.analytics.crm.custdata.datapattern.MAInformationMap),
which is held by "CIAsyncExec-83"
"CIAsyncExec-83": waiting to lock monitor 0x00007f264c234938 (object 0x00000005c51e54b8, a java.util.HashMap), which is held by "CIAsyncExec-75"
When this problem happens, you might find that campaign executions stop responding.
To resolve the issue, you need to restart SASServer6_x.
