Problem Note 65604: You are unable to sort the Attachment data grid by description in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when an attachment description is blank
When you add an attachment without a description to a case or report, SAS Enterprise Case Management might fail to load the Attachment data grid when you attempt to sort the grid by description.
The problem occurs when the database engine for the SAS® Shared Services database is Oracle.
