Problem Note 65596: The error message "The PARALLELREAD option can only be used with an HDFS library" occurs when you access SPD Engine data

The OPTLOAD procedure is used to load previously saved SAS® options. After you submit PROC OPTLOAD code that contains any setting for the SPDEPARALLELREAD= system option and then access SAS® Scalable Performance Data (SPD) Engine data, the data set fails to open. The following error is displayed in the SAS log:
ERROR: The PARALLELREAD option can only be used with an HDFS library.
