When using the Mozilla Firefox browser, you might not be able to open a SAS Visual Analytics report using a direct URL. Specifically, the loading animation displays, but the application itself does not launch. This problem can occur when a custom theme is in use. This problem does not occur with Google Chrome, or when you access SAS Visual Analytics from SAS^® Drive.
