Problem Note 65420: The values for the CreationDate and ChangeDate columns are missing in a Pipoint table when you query the Pipoint table with LIBNAME option TZ=GMT

If you use a LIBNAME statement for the SAS/ACCESS® Interface to the PI System with option TZ=GMT, the values for the CreationDate and ChangeDate columns are missing when you query a Pipoint table.
This issue does not occur when you use the local time zone or when you do not use the LIBNAME option TZ=GMT.
