Problem Note 65416: The folder tree in SAS® Environment Manager does not show all objects in a folder
While examining a folder tree in SAS Environment Manager, you might notice that objects are missing from the folder tree.
This issue is caused by a size limit that is imposed on the folder tree in SAS Environment Manager. In general, the limit is a maximum of 100 objects.
The workaround to access an object via the Administration interface is as follows:
- Select Libraries.
- Filter to the desired library, if needed.
- Either double-click the desired library or right-click on the library and select Open.
- Click the Tables tab.
- Find the table that you need. Right-click on the table and select Open.
- Update the settings for the Properties, Authorization, and Direct ACTs tabs as needed.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, all objects should be available from the folder tree.
