Problem Note 65351: A Read Access Violation occurs with the MEMLIB system option and the MEMCACHE system option set to 4

SAS® crashes and generates a Read Access Violation when the MEMCACHE system option is set to 4 and the MEMLIB system option is on. For example, this error appears in the SAS log for the DELETE procedure:
The SAS task name is [DELETE]
ERROR: Read Access Violation DELETE
ERROR: Read Access Violation DELETE
The following code example can demonstrate the problem:
