Problem Note 65341: The "Route to user" option generates a "User name is invalid" message when SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 is used in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
When you try to route an entity or a CDD Review that is already assigned to a queue, you are not able to select a valid user in the Route to user menu. The following errors appear in the interface:
Value is required
User name is invalid
AML: Object doesn’t support Property or method 'includes'
This issue is specific to Internet Explorer 11.
The workaround is as follows:
- Deselect the queue by choosing (none selected).
- Select the user whom you want to route the object to.
- Select the queue again.
