Problem Note 65278: Issues that are addressed in Hot Fix 6.1.3 for SAS® Event Stream Processing
Hot Fix 6.1.3 for SAS Event Stream Processing addresses the following issues:
- When you attempted to edit the host name of an Event Stream Processing server connection, an incorrect warning was displayed stating that the host name was already in use. You were prevented from changing the host name.
- When you attempted to upload a SAS Event Stream Processing project whose XML was not well formed, the application prevented the uploading. Badly formed XML can now be uploaded so that you can repair the XML.
- When SAS Event Stream Processing Studio was accessed over HTTPS, the WebSocket connection to the SAS Event Stream Processing server did not always use WSS. SAS Event Stream Processing Studio now always uses WSS when SAS Event Stream Processing Studio is accessed over HTTPS.
- When SAS Event Stream Processing was deployed in a multi-tiered environment, WebSocket connections to the SAS Event Stream Processing server could fail. SAS Event Stream Processing Studio now supports configuring the SAS Event Stream Processing server host name as localhost. SAS Event Stream Processing Studio extracts the host name from the URL to connect to SAS Event Stream Processing Studio. The SAS Event Stream Processing server and the SAS Event Stream Processing Studio microservice must be running on the same host.
