Problem Note 65272: Platform LSF detects CPU usage in different ways, depending on which LSF functions are used in SAS® 9.3

Some Platform Load Sharing Facility (LSF) functions in SAS 9.3 can create an environment where LSF detects CPU usage differently than the operating system does. This inconsistency might lead to underused nodes as the deprecated LSF commands use reserved CPU space. Load balancing is then not used to its full advantage.
