Problem Note 65220: SAS® Reference Data Manager 3.3 lacks the RDM_READONLY role

SAS Reference Data Manager 3.3 provides only these roles:
- Reference Data Manager: Administration
- Data Management: Reference Data Manager
These roles do not provide the capability to define read-only content for users within the UI. It is also not possible to define appropriate authorizations within the UI.
SAS® Reference Data Manager 2.5 had provided the RDM_READONLY role.
